Pearls have been defined as an important commodity in the region's traditional economy, prompting the researcher to explore its various social, economic, and political dimensions. Among the important historical backgrounds, recognizing and redefining how to manage this vast trade in local and regional dimensions and continuing to find traces of Iranian bureaucracy, focused in this particular case Study. This article, with an analytical approach and based on some historical evidence, seeks to answer the fundamental question of what is the trace of Iranian bureaucracy in this process, given the mechanism of pearl fishing and trade? The prevailing premise is that bureaucracy has indirectly contributed to the management of fishing grounds and the regulation of pearl fishing grounds. ارتباط حکومت ایران با فرهنگ صید و تجارت مروارید در بنادر و جزایر خلیج‌فارس که در قالب یک صنعت با سازوکاری سنتی و باستانی تلقی می‌شود، نقش مهمی در بازشناسی مفاهیم تاریخی و سنتی حاکم بر مناسبات سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی ساحل‌نشینان خلیج‌فارس و هویت تاریخی این منطقه دارد. معیشت ساکنان بنادر و جزایر تا حدود زیادی به این کالای مهم و درآمدزا وابسته بوده‌است، این وابستگی همراه با اتکای این صنعت بر مهارت و دانش بومی، سبب نقش مهم این کالا در تداوم حیات سنتی و فرهنگ و هویت ساحل‌نشینان در دوران استعمار شد. این مقاله با رویکردی تحلیلی و بر اساس برخی شواهد تاریخی وبا هدف بررسی ماهیت و ابعاد نظام دیوان‌سالاری غیرمستقیم و نیابتی در منطقه خلیج‌فارس به‌دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش اساسی است که ابعاد حضور دیوانسالاری ایرانی در صید و تجارت مروارید در منطقه خلیج‌فارس را از چه زوایای باید مورد بررسی قرار داد؟ فرض غالب بر این است که با توجه به اهمیت صنعت مروارید و تأکید محققین بر وجود ضوابط و یک عرف باستانی، دیوان‌سالاری به‌طور غیر مستقیم در مدیریت صیدگاه‌ها و انتظام امور مربوط به صیدگاه‌ها و صیادان مروارید نقش داشته‌است. https://jhr.usb.ac.ir/article_6384_0b4c9febf2dc4ba9957413e67f75bd58.pdf
